When your tank is full, you’re in a state of ‘Thriving’—the pinnacle of well-being. A sense of purpose, resilience, and a positive outlook on both your present and future characterize this phase. You feel robust, consistent, and goal-oriented, reveling in happiness, respect, and profound fulfillment. 

‘Striving’ is akin to having half a tank; you’re making progress and doing your best, and there’s still room to grow to reach optimal well-being. While you may not thrive in every aspect, you’re actively moving forward with self-awareness. 

Conversely, ‘Surviving’ is when your tank hits E or empty. It’s a phase where life’s challenges take a toll, leaving you feeling drained and needing immediate support to refuel. This state often requires urgent resources to regain internal harmony and start moving towards a healthier state.

Remember, just like different vehicles require different types of fuel, our well-being needs are also unique and varied. Well-being is a continuum; it’s dynamic, fluctuating, and shifting from one state to another—empty to full or vice versa—as we navigate through life.
