Memberships

Memberships are available for purchase on an annual, semester or summer basis. Monthly memberships are not available. Membership includes the use of all CRW facilities. Additional costs are assessed for activities such as group fitness, instructional programs, adventure trips, and equipment rental.

Student Memberships – Memberships are available for purchase on an annual, semester or summer basis. Monthly memberships are not available. Membership includes the use of all SRC facilities. Additional costs are assessed for activities such as group fitness classes, specialized activity classes, adventure trips, and adventure equipment rentals.

  • Currently enrolled students paying student activity fees must show their ECU 1Card for entrance into the Student Recreation Center and Campus Recreation & Wellness at the Health Sciences Campus and to participate in programs or special events offered by CRW.
  • Distance Education students not paying student activity fees must purchase a membership in order to utilize the facilities.
  • The student must be present with their ECU 1Card to purchase a membership for their spouse.

The student spouse must also be present with a current picture ID.

Faculty & Staff Memberships

FREE MONTH MEMBERSHIP**

**Only for New Faculty and Staff who never purchased a membership to the Student Recreation Center. Stop by the Main Office to receive a Free Month. Membership includes the use of all SRC facilities. Additional costs are assessed for activities such as group fitness classes, specialized activity classes, adventure trips, and adventure equipment rentals.

Memberships are available for purchase on an annual, semester or summer basis. Monthly memberships are only available through payroll deduction.

  • Current and retired faculty and staff must present their ECU 1Card (or retiree 1Card) when purchasing a membership.
  • Faculty and staff must be present with their ECU 1Card to purchase a membership for their spouse.

The spouse must also be present with a current picture ID.

Alumni Memberships

Memberships are available for purchase on an annual, semester or summer basis. Monthly memberships are not available. Membership includes the use of all SRC facilities. Additional costs are assessed for activities such as group fitness classes, specialized activity classes, adventure trips, and adventure equipment rentals.

An Alumnus is considered to be any person that has graduated from East Carolina University.

  • Alumnus must provide a picture ID when purchasing a membership.
  • Alumnus must be a member for their spouse to be eligible for membership.
  • Alumnus must be present with their ECU One Card to purchase a membership for their spouse.

The spouse must also be present with a current picture ID.
