General Information
Trips get you away from campus; visiting beautiful areas, and learning new skills. Trips are staffed by our amazing student trip leaders, who are always excited to share their passion with you. Our trips are designed for everyone from those with no experience to our more advanced adventurers.
Regardless of your experience, we want to make sure you love every minute of your time in the outdoors.
Trip Registration/Sign-up
Trips and clinics are open to ECU students, faculty, staff who are current members of Campus Recreation & Wellness and their guests. Minor guests are only allowed on designed “Family Floats”.
You can register for a trip by visiting the Adventure Center, located in the Student Recreation Center or by signing up online. We only accept VISA/MasterCard as payments for trips. The cost of the trips varies based on the type and duration of trip.
Participants must cancel trip registrations within 24 hours of departure time to avoid a $10 no-show fee. Refunds for trips will be evaluated on a case by case basis. For questions regarding cancellations or refunds, please contact adventure@ecu.edu.
