Campus Recreation & Wellness has created a YouTube channel with many at-home workouts available to you. Our Fit Friday series is a series of workouts that you can perform in the comfort of your own home or outside on a pretty day. Virtual Group Fitness

Grab a towel, a water bottle, and your electronic device and join one of our certified Group Fitness Instructors for a live class. Our world-class instructors will lead you through yoga, barre, Pop Pilates, BODYCOMBAT®, Zumba®, and various other group fitness classes right from your screen. Connect with the instructors and other participants as you move, shake, sweat, and even drop a smile for 30 to 55 minutes. Can’t catch a live class? We know that staying fit and active is our best way to build a strong immune system and stay healthy. Not only that, but regular physical activity is also proven to combat stress and provide mental health benefits.

To help you stay active we’ve teamed up with Les Mills to give you free online workouts. You can now enjoy free access to LES MILLS™ On Demand for 30 days. Simply click this link to get started.

When you sign up you’ll be asked to enter your payment details, but you won’t be charged for the 30-day trial. If you want to continue beyond that, you’ll automatically become a paying subscriber at this special discounted rate of $9.99 (Retails at $14.99). Online Personal Training 

Train when and where you’d like with online personal training! You will receive 30 days of an individualized exercise program designed specifically for you. Your certified Personal Trainer will meet with you virtually for an initial consultation and design weekly workouts tailored to your goals and preferences. During the 30 days, you will have regular contact with your trainer via text and video right from the app on your phone where your workouts will be delivered.

*This service is provided at no cost while the recreation centers are closed. Slots are limited and you may be placed on a waitlist. 

30 Day Workout Programs

Ready to start or continue your workout program but don’t have the time or energy to design your own workouts? Then, a 30-Day workout program is perfect for you! Select from one of our various programs with a specific goal in mind such as strength, endurance, mobility, and more and you will receive 30 days of workouts right at your fingertips via the app. These workouts can be completed indoors or out. No equipment? No problem.

Virtual Small Group Training

Like to work out but you prefer a team atmosphere? Virtual Small Group Training is for you. In our virtual small group training program, you will join up to 50 other Pirates with similar fitness goals as you. You can connect with each other for networking, support, and accountability. Your certified small group coach will design and lead you through these workouts but don’t worry, you can still complete them when you want and where you want. Select the program that best fits your goals and register today!
