Day-Use Lockers

• Day-use lockers are available at no charge on a first-come, first-serve basis.
• Personal locks may not be left on day-use lockers overnight. All locks must be removed prior to closing. If day-use lockers are not emptied, we will remove locks and all locker contents. Items will be kept for 14 days. At that time, all abandoned items will be no longer be available. We are not responsible for locks that are cut or damaged.
• We are not responsible for the items left inside an unsecured locker.

Locker Rental Information

The Eakin Student Recreation Center and HSC Recreation Center have lockers available for rent per semester or annually. These are rented on a first come, first served basis each semester.

• Locker rentals may be purchased at Member Services during business hours.
• Locker rentals must be renewed prior to the end of each renewal period. Any rental not renewed during the renewal period will be cleared of all items and returned for a $10 fee.
• Any damage and required cleaning to a locker will be charged to the renter.
• Any CRW issued lock that is damaged or misplaced will require a $10 lock replacement fee.
• To rent a locker, please visit Member Services or the Main Office at the ESRC. Locks are provided.
• There are no refunds for locker rentals.
• Campus Recreation & Wellness is not responsible for the lost or stolen contents of rental or day-use lockers.
• Campus Recreation & Wellness reserves the right to request that you open your lockers for safety and/or sanitary reasons.

Instructions For Opening a Combination Lock

1. Turn right two or more whole turns and stop at the first number.
2. Turn left one whole turn past the first number and stop at second number.
3. Turn right to the third number and continue turning right until the dial stops and the locker opens.
4. Hold the dial and pull on the dial to open the door. The lock will automatically re-lock when the door is closed.

Locker Rental Guidelines

• All locker rentals are available on a first-come, first served basis.
• We will send you an email reminder prior to your locker expiration date. Locker Renewals can be made at Member Services. All lockers must be renewed by the expiration date.
• We will hold remaining items left in expired lockers for 14 days at Member Services.
• We are not responsible for the contents of the locker or items that are disposed of.
• We are not responsible for the items left inside an unsecured locker.
• Your locker rental is depending upon your membership. If your membership expires, we will contact you for membership renewal.
• Report any issues with your locker to us.
• Please do not hang any items on the outside of the lockers.
• A suit dryer is available to dry wet items in each locker room.
