Types of Guest Passes

Guest passes will be $10 per person ages 12 years old and older.
Guess passes will be $5 per child, 11 years and younger per visit.
Two guests per member are permitted*.
Individuals who purchase day passes are not allowed to bring in guests. Only members receive this member benefit.

10-visit guest passes will be $70 each
We will be offering a 5-visit guest pass for $45 each
Students and members may purchase a 10-visit pass for their guests for $70.00. The 10 Visit Pass is purchased by the CRW Member and will be on the member’s account for the member’s use only. The passes expire 365 days from the date of purchase. Passes may be used for up to two guest per visit (one pass per guest).

Active ECU Faculty, Staff and Retirees – $10.00
Current semester Distance Education Students – $10.00
Alumni who have graduated from ECU – $10.00
Self-sponsoring day pass holders are ineligible to sponsor guests.
Day Passes must keep their receipt for that day and present it again for re-entry.

Only CRW members (fee paying students and CRW paying members) can use guest passes, as a benefit of being a member.
Guests are defined as any non-member (children or adults) accompanying a member for participation purposes.
Ages 16 & over must present a valid picture ID. Children under 16 must be accompanied by their parent or sponsor at all times.
Dependents 3 years of age and under are FREE.
Non-members are not permitted to enter the facility to solicit guest pass sponsors. Sponsors and guests must arrive and check-in together at the customer services desk.
Sponsors are responsible for the conduct of their guests and must remain in the facility with their guests at all times.
Failure to follow all guest pass policies could result in termination of membership privileges.
Members requesting to bring in more than 2 guests must have prior approval from the Customer Service Coordinator, Assistant Director for Communications and Promotions or the Associate Director for Facilities. Please email campusrec@ecu.edu to get written approval for a one-time visit. Please see above.
Youth or teen members are not eligible to sponsor guest.

*Prior arrangements for larger families or special guest needs may be made in the main office during normal office hours.

What do I need to bring? All guest who are 16 years old or older must show a valid photo ID and sign in at our front desk. Members must remain in the building with their guests at all times and are responsible for the conduct of their guests.
Where do I purchase a guest pass? Passes are available for purchase in person at the Eakin Student Recreation Center or the Health Sciences Recreation Center front desk during operating hours. Passes must be used on the day they are purchased.
To get a head start, you may go to crwregistration.ecu.edu and create an account prior to your arrival. A headshot will be taken to add to your account upon your arrival to one of our spaces.
